I have been training with you for a little over 5 months now and you have helped me make more changes to my body in that time frame than I have in 9 years as a Soldier. People can hardly believe their eyes who have not seen me in a while. I wanted to take the time and address your professionalism and intelligence as a professional trainer. I have worked with several different trainers over the years, some who are arguably the best in their field. I would argue that you are the best I have come across yet!! I am looking forward to preparing for my first competition as a body builder in 2008. I have no doubt with my determination and you professional guidance that you will help me reach the next milestone in my life, which is walking on a bodybuilding stage and walking away knowing I left everything I had in the Gym.
