  At Pinnacle Fitness we are dedicated to helping you achieve and surpass all of your fitness goals. We offer both in-the gym and consultation-based training that is custom-designed for your unique fitness goals and daily schedule. Whether you are a competitive athlete, bodybuilder, fitness competitor, or simply looking to get in shape for health and fitness, our custom-designed training and nutrition programs can get you where you want to go, and fast. In-the-gym training is performed at World Gym downtown in Columbus, OH; a gorgeous gym in a historic building in downtown Columbus. Formerly a bank, the gym features massive cathedral ceilings and classic architecture, with a cardio-room on a loft which overlooks the main-floor. The equipment is modern and well-maintained by the friendly staff.

Group Training at Pinnacle Fitness

       Our most popular training packages are group workouts. Workout sessions consist of 3-6 people with similar goals and abilities. At Pinnacle Fitness it is our Philosophy that were you currently are in terms of your fitness level is secondary to where you have committed yourself to going; as such I place a much greater importance on motivation and drive to succeed when placing people in the appropriate group. In a well-orchestrated group workout the sum is greater than the whole; workouts progress like a well-oiled machine as you feed off of the energy of your training partners and they off yours. Group Training packages are also our most economical, typically around 40% of the cost of one-on-one training.
